2. I tell you the cost (if there are any disagreements, we can work that out)
3. You send me the payment
4. I'll start when I get it, and show you a  rough sketch of the picture ( you can request small changes from it)
5. When you are satisfied with the sketch, I start to lineart and color the image
6. I will NOTE you when I am finished
